What you need
- Install and open Docker Desktop.
- Download the helper package and unzip it.
- Generate a one-time setup token below.
- In the unzipped folder, run
./scripts/setup.shon Mac/Linux or.\scripts\setup.ps1on Windows, then paste the token when asked. - Keep Docker Desktop open and wait for the badge above to say Connected.
On a phone: Tailscale is only needed when you use a private Tailscale link. Study captions on the regular immersionfeed.com app reach the helper through your account.
